See, wasn't that great? Well, she and husband Nick Cannon are selling their house in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles for a shade under $13 million. Keep in mind, they paid less than $7 million for the place in 2008 and have not really done major renovations. Is this entirely market driven? Perhaps.
Seven bedrooms. Nine bathrooms. 11,750 square feet, including a guest house. It does have an indoor basketball court.
