Don't feel too bad for the former teen hearthrob, though. He only paid about $1.1 mil for it back in 2001. We're only hoping that he is not counting on legions of screaming teenage girls out there to justify a higher-than-market price, because they moved on 40 years ago.

I was a big fan of the show when I was a kid. I wanted to be on a multi-colored bus and be in a pop band with my family. Plus I wanted to meet Laura Partridge.
