In another sign of the housing recovery, the number of people working as real estate agents in Michigan is on the rise.
When prices dropped and (almost) nobody was buying, people dropped out of the profession because they could not make a living. Now, with listings up and prices increasing, old agents are coming back and enrollment for license training is surging.
