We're going to start a new feature on the Downriver Homes and Real Estate Blog: Landlord Monday. Landlord Monday will feature tips and advice for those investing in rental properties, especially in the Downriver area.
One of the best websites out there for real estate investors is BiggerPockets.com. It is one of my favorite spots to access to learn more and find out the answers to any questions I might have. I am always on there and I can truthfully say that it has made me a better landlord. You can set up keywords to alert you to subjects that interest you. All in all, it is awesome.
