Tax Auction Houses Owe Taxes Again, Part 2

Nancy Kaffer is quickly becoming one of my favorite Free Press reporters.  In today's article, she clearly spells out the issue of tax-foreclosed properties going right back into tax foreclosure.

The rules that the Wayne County Treasurer's office must follow in the county's annual auction of tax-foreclosed properties are not helping to reverse Detroit's blight problem.
